Lagree Fitness


Lagree Fitness™ is a patented full body conditioning workout utilizing the Megaformer™ developed by Sebastian Lagree. This workout integrates the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance in a sequence that allows for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction. The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion while allowing for low risk of injury. The Megaformer™ workout strengthens the body, tones and elongates the muscles, improves endurance, jump-starts the metabolism, burns fat, increases flexibility and postural alignment, and restores the body’s natural balance.

Hatha Yoga


Hatha is most often used to describe detailed, alignment- based yoga classes. Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and a short meditation at the beginning and end. Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.

Holy Yoga


Traditional Hatha Vinyasa yoga with three periods of meditation per class, each focused on the biblical scriptures. Prayer is offered in lieu of ohm-ing. Slow Flow classes offer introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on breath work and reliance on God through meditation. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth.
