What I Teach
What I teach in a church setting, from parks, or from my home. Traditional Hatha Vinyasa yoga with three periods of meditation per class, each focused on the Judeo-Christian biblical scriptures. Prayer is offered in lieu of ohm-ing. Slow Flow classes offer introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on breath work and reliance on God through meditation. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth.
